THE ARTIFACT
This green beach glass and driftwood were reclaimed from the shores of Lake Erie. Each piece is unique. The beach glass is mounted on a piece of driftwood to represent a Christmas tree, with a gold star on top. It has a gold ribbon loop for hanging.

THE ORIGIN
Our green artifacts typically trace back to early industrial glass—bottles that once held spirits or medicinal bitters. These pieces are often the thickest and most textured, bearing the deep ‘pitting’ that only comes from a lifetime spent on the lake floor.
